The first Nelskamp clay roof tile was made in 1926. During the ongoing further development of the company, the range was extended by new tile shapes and formats up to today’s Nibra® large area clay roof tiles.
By 1953 the alternative roof construction material was produced in concrete as the Finkenberger pantile. And today, the range of concrete roof tiles creates variety in roof architecture through many pantile shapes and innovative colour coatings.
The broad Nelskamp range allows the demands for ecological living quality to be fulfilled to individual taste. Clay roof tiles have always been a natural product from their very origin, and concrete roof tiles, in their composition from sand, cement, colour pigments, and water also guarantee environmentally friendly construction. Energy-saving manufacturing procedures and rational recycling processes round out the Nelskamp environmental concept.
