By 1953, concrete roof tiles had been introduced as an alternative to clay roof tiles. This decision was confirmed with the great success of the Finkenberger pantile.
As well as the Finkenberger pantile, further characteristic roof tiles are produced today for individualised roof architecture. In combination with long experience, permanent investments in research and development have been made to optimise colour fastness and to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and so on.
The LONGLIFE range represents a new standard in the solution of this problem. The micro-concrete surface and new coating technologies have optimised roof design over many, many years.
Clay roof tiles go through fire for you.
In our long tradition since 1926, the production of clay roof tiles in the most modern plant in Europe is certainly one of the high points of the company’s history.
Nibra® large area clay roof tiles are manufactured in Gross-Ammensleben to the state of the art.
By tradition, top quality Westerwald clay is used. The result is that the tiles achieve a ceramic quality. One reason for this is a water uptake of less than 3%, resulting in a long life.
