The S pantile with its shape of the flowing “S” characterises soft roof surfaces. This effect is perfectly enhanced through the rounded cut edge. S pantiles guarantee optimum protection against the entry of rain, blown snow, and dust. The rounded cut edges increase storm resistance.

This is due to the titanium oxide content in the micro concrete. It mainly converts nitrogen oxides (NOX) into harmless substances like NO3-. Again and again, because titanium oxide is a catalyst, which is never used up. The rain does the rest: It just flushes away the substances, which then are harmless.
